Stanley Jordan Hyman-Evans was an 18-year-old Black/African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, whose life ended in a nighttime shooting on February 12, 2016. At approximately 10:19 p.m., New Castle County police officers were dispatched to the Belvedere community after receiving a report of gunfire in the area of the 300 block of Clyde Street.
