A 40?year?old Black man from Wilmington, Delaware, named Randolph White was gunned down on February?5,?2020, in what would be a tragic and deeply unsettling turn of events. That morning, just before noon, Wilmington Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of North Market Street�near the Lucky Stop convenience store at Market and Gordon�after a shooting was reported. Upon arrival, officers discovered Randolph White, age 40, suffering from gunshot wounds and transported him to a nearby hospital.
