Miracle Z. Warren, a 19-year-old Black/African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, was identified by Wilmington Police after a fatal shooting on the 1300 block of Elm Street. Police said the shooting happened at about 7:47 p.m. on Sunday, November 28, 2021, and online records connected to the case also list his loss to gun violence on November 29, 2021. Officers arrived and found Warren suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, but he did not survive.
