On the evening of Thursday, September 30, 2021, at approximately 8:10 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers were dispatched to the 5800 block of Trinity Street following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered David Johnson, a 40-year-old Black male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
