In the frigid Alaskan waters of Bucareli Bay, a tragic event unfolded on December 12, 1992, that would forever alter the lives of several families. On this day, 8-year-old Seth Anthony Wade, a young boy with brown hair and brown eyes, was aboard the fishing vessel, the Sea Castle. The boat overturned in the unforgiving bay, located in the Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area, casting its occupants into the dangerously cold water.
