On a fateful day in the winter of 1992, a one-year-old boy named Sean Paul Castle was with his family and others aboard the fishing vessel, the Sea Castle, in the waters of Bucareli Bay, located in the Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area of Alaska. The young child, with brown eyes and reddish-auburn hair, was reportedly wearing a striped shirt and blue pants.
