On a late summer day in 1995, the vast and unpredictable waters of the Bering Sea became the setting for a lasting mystery. William Wilson Richards, Jr., a 53-year-old man from Nome, Alaska, vanished on September 7th of that year. He was not alone; with him was Richard Guy Condon, aged 43, also from Nome.
