Carolyn Martin, a 24-year-old woman from Madison Heights, Michigan, disappeared on August 31, 1981, along with her 2-year-old son, Mark Martin. On the day of their disappearance, Carolyn's family and friends helped her pack as she planned to relocate to San Antonio, Texas, with her fianc�, Hamparsoum "Harry" Kirezian, who had recently secured a job there.
