In the late hours of May 23, 2010, 25-year-old Carlos Melgar-Perez was last seen in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Originally from Guatemala, Carlos had built a life in Fort Wayne, where he was a cherished member of a close-knit family and worked at a local restaurant.
