On February 21, 2022, 69-year-old Richard Dennis Kirk was last seen in the downtown area of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear, creating a difficult situation for his loved ones. Concern grew after his wallet and its contents were found and turned in on the same day he was last seen. This discovery, coupled with the fact that he did not have a cell phone or a vehicle, has made the search for him particularly challenging for authorities.
