In the spring of 2023, concern grew for 35-year-old Seth Jacob Vanosdale of Fort Wayne, Indiana. His family had not seen or heard from him since March 23 of that year, leading them to file a missing person report with the Allen County Sheriff's Office on April 18, 2023. While his family marks the late March date as their last contact, other sources officially cite April 1, 2023, as the last time he was seen.
