Perry Burrell, a 26-year-old male, was shot and killed on October 25, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident took place early in the morning in the West Garfield Park neighborhood, around 2:45 a.m. Burrell was found inside a vehicle that had crashed into a tree along the 4500 block of West Adams Street.
