On the morning of May 22, 2023, a violent discovery shattered the early routine on Raymond Road in Jackson, Mississippi. Around 7:00 a.m., authorities were called to the premises of a local Dollar General store where the body of a 62-year-old white male, identified as David Plaisance, was found lying outside the business. The scene was quickly secured by the Jackson Police Department as investigators and the Hinds County Coroner�s Office arrived to examine the area.
