A man�Charles White, a 30?year?old African American male from Wilmington, Delaware�was discovered fatally wounded in the early morning hours of June?7,?2016. The shooting occurred at approximately 8:30?a.m. in the first block of Jensen Drive, in the Riverside area of Wilmington. Wilmington police quickly identified him by name. His gender, age, and ethnicity were consistently recorded as a 30?year?old Black male from Wilmington.
