Aaron Reid, a 44-year-old Black/African American male, was killed after gunfire erupted late on July 11, 2023, in Wilmington, Delaware. Police were called shortly after 11:30 p.m. to the 100 block of North Harrison Street, in the city's Hilltop area, after reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found Reid badly wounded.
