In the early morning hours of a Wednesday in April 2008, the Grays Ferry neighborhood of Philadelphia became the final resting place for a young man from North Philadelphia. Twenty-six-year-old Leon Williams was found lifeless, lying next to a parked car on the 1500 block of South Bailey Street.
