On a Sunday afternoon, the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood of Philadelphia was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 23-year-old Darryl Goodin. The young man, a resident of the area, was on the 3200 block of West Arizona Street when he was struck by gunfire.
