In the Northern Philadelphia neighborhood, on November 11, 2016, a 34-year-old Black man named Hezekiah Mccloud, also known as Jeremiah, was fatally shot multiple times. The shooting occurred next to a residence at 3816 North 18th Street. Responding officers found two witnesses at the scene who described the shooter as a light-skinned African-American.
