On a cold morning in Philadelphia, the life of 23-year-old Perry Young was tragically cut short. On January 22, 2018, at approximately 10:48 a.m., police responded to the area of 55th and Kingsessing Avenue where they found Young suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
