On the evening of October 8, 2020, Andre Blackshear, a 56-year-old male, was fatally shot in the Logan section of Philadelphia. The incident occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m. on the 4500 block of North 13th Street. Blackshear had driven to his fianc�e's home when he was shot 15 times, reportedly over a dispute about a parking space.
