In the early morning hours of a Monday in Gainesville, Georgia, a discovery was made that brought a tragic end to the life of 46-year-old Isaias Tovar-Murillo. A veteran taxi driver for Taxi El Palmar, he was found deceased in his white taxi, which had come to a stop in a wooded area behind a house off Barrett and Dorsey Peek roads.
