Zachary Scott Jr., a 31-year-old Black man, died after a shooting in Dublin, Georgia, on April 6, 2022, in what appears from the public record to have been a sudden eruption of violence in the middle of an ordinary afternoon. According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Dublin police were called at about 1:18 p.m. to 200 River View Drive, Apartment 214.
