In the late hours of a Thursday in Dublin, Georgia, the life of 19-year-old Ismael 'Izzy' Ramos, a budding local musician on the cusp of producing a record, was tragically cut short. On May 10, 2018, while hanging out with a group of people on a porch on Central Avenue, a car began to circle the block.
