Chavin Lafonn Hannah, a 46-year-old man from Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on June 6, 2016, in the Green Meadows neighborhood. According to the Los Angeles County coroner�s records, the incident occurred in the 11800 block of Stanford Avenue.
