Carlos Raymond Sanchez, a 43-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on July 15, 2018, in the Harbor Gateway area of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner�s records, the incident occurred around 10:50 p.m. while Sanchez was riding his bicycle west on West 224th Street.
