William Jackson Missing Person Case

In the summer of 1989, a 38-year-old man named William Edward Jackson, also known as Bill or Billy, was in Ketchikan, Alaska. On June 22nd of that year, he was on an anchored fishing vessel near Cape Fox Island. It is believed that he somehow fell overboard from the vessel. At the time of his disappearance, he was presumed to have drowned. The last known photograph of him was taken just a month prior, in May of 1989.
