In the late summer of 1992, the close-knit community of Sitka, Alaska, was struck by a tragedy that would leave a lasting mark. On September 8th, a 29-year-old man named Jeffrey Jay Anderson was reported missing. He was a fisherman, and his life was deeply intertwined with the powerful and often unforgiving waters of the North Pacific.
