Kale Adonis Longacre Pastel, a 36-year-old male, was last seen in Sitka, Alaska, on January 5, 2020. On that Sunday, Pastel embarked on a kayaking trip from which he never returned. He was an experienced outdoorsman, familiar with the waters around Sitka. His planned route for the day is not publicly known, but when he failed to make contact with friends and family, concern grew for his welfare.
