In the early moments of a Thursday morning, on December 18, 2025, a 15-year-old girl named Lovely Mells was seen for the last time in Newark, New Jersey. She was standing outside the YMCA building located in the 600 block of Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Boulevard shortly after midnight.
