In the spring of 2024, concern grew for 50-year-old Frank Velazquez after his last contact with loved ones in March. He was reported missing from the 5800 block of W. Barry Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Hispanic male with a medium complexion, standing at 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing around 140 pounds.
