On a November evening in 2011, Adarius Zewand James, a 30-year-old man from Chicago's West Side, walked out of his home, leaving behind his fianc�e and their two young sons. He told his fianc�e, Terrah White, that he was heading to a meeting in the vicinity of 79th Street and Ashland Avenue and would be back. That was the last time she ever saw him.
