Anthony Phillips Missing Person Case

In the late afternoon of May 30, 1996, 19-year-old Anthony Deval Phillips was last seen riding his bicycle in Chicago, Illinois. He was in the vicinity of Damen and Fargo at approximately 4:30 p.m., supposedly on his way to a friend's house. Anthony, who was also known by the nicknames Tony and Indo, was wearing a gray Adidas fleece sweater, black Guess jeans, and Adidas sneakers. He never made it to his friend's home and has not been seen or heard from since that day.
