Oscar Donaldo Valenzuela, a 46-year-old man from Chicago's Back of the Yards neighborhood, was last seen by his family on December 12, 2023. Described as a good man, a hard worker, and a cancer survivor by his mother, Aida Lemos, Valenzuela was a manager at an IHOP. At the time of his disappearance, he was 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was known to carry a black backpack.
