In the late spring of 2024, a devoted mother of four and business co-owner, 41-year-old Valerie Elder Smiley, disappeared from her home in Chattanooga, Tennessee. On June 28th, she was last seen leaving her residence at approximately 2:00 p.m. She was driving her red 2004 Ford Expedition, which had a distinctive 'TSU MOM' sticker on the passenger door and a Tennessee license plate, 079BFQD.
