Janice Matney Missing Person Case

In the late hours of March 3, 2002, a 39-year-old female named Janice Matney was seen for the last time at her home in Ottawa, Illinois. She was at her residence in the 200 block of State Street at approximately 11:00 p.m. when her live-in boyfriend saw her.
