In the late summer of 2006, in the heavily wooded and remote area of Munising, Michigan, 85-year-old Raymond Wallace Perry went missing. On August 22nd, a home-care nurse saw him at his residence on Monette Road around noon. Mr. Perry, who lived with his wife of 65 years, Myrtle, was an Alzheimer's patient. When the nurse returned the following day, his wife mentioned she thought he might have gone to the hospital. He had left without his prescription glasses, which he needed due to limited ...
