In early 2012, fifty-three-year-old Bradley Jay Trimble decided to leave his life in Lubbock, Texas, behind and chase a new dream. He informed his girlfriend of his ambitious plan to move to Las Vegas, Nevada, and make a living as a professional gambler. He set off around the middle of February, embarking on a journey that he hoped would lead to a significant change in his fortunes.
