Tyree L. Mitchell, a 27-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2018, in Dayton, Ohio. He was found shot inside a white Ford car in the parking lot of the Whitmore Arms Apartments on Midway Avenue. The Montgomery County Coroner�s Office confirmed his identity. Mitchell was shot at least once in the upper torso area.
