In the winter of 1998, a 37-year-old woman named Kay Vernice Deller vanished from her life in Las Vegas, Nevada. On February 5th of that year, she was last seen, and then, without a clear explanation, all communication from her ceased. Kay, who was known to sometimes spell her middle name as Bernice, has not been seen or heard from since that day.
