In the late summer of 1999, Brigitte Renee Mitchell, a 33-year-old mother of six, vanished from her Las Vegas, Nevada, residence. She was last seen on August 19, 1999, at the Regatta Apartments located in the vicinity of the 2100 block of Sandy Lane. According to witness accounts, Brigitte was seen entering a blue Toyota or Dodge pickup truck that had a pool company logo on its side.
