In early 2013, the life of Raymond Paul Akins, a 33-year-old man from Columbus, Georgia, took a turn into uncertainty, leaving his family searching for answers. Known to his loved ones by his middle name, Paul, he was a man with a distinct appearance. Standing between 5'5' and 5'6' and weighing around 130 pounds, he had brown hair and blue eyes.
