On a cold Tuesday evening in Lowell, Indiana, the 3rd of December, 1996, 41-year-old Doreen Kay Fogle�s life took an unforeseen and tragic turn. That night, she ventured out to a local establishment, Milski's Bar in the nearby city of Hammond, for what was presumably an ordinary evening.
