Thomas Kemna, a 44-year-old man from Grand Island, New York, was last seen on January 13, 2019. His vehicle was found abandoned at the top of the South Grand Island Bridge, leading authorities to suspect that Kemna may have jumped from the bridge in an apparent suicide attempt.
