Found by county worker, who had been mowing near a dry storm drain retention pond. The body was found in a concrete channel in the retention pond. The pond is below and nearby a campsite utilized by unhoused people. The retention pond is also adjacent to railroad tracks. Date Found: 2012-07-17
Clothing: a torn, light colored, long-sleeve shirt, scraps of torn jeans, a pair of "Fruit of the Loom" underpants, a black belt, one black sock on the right foot, and one brown lace-up shoe on the right foot
