On May 23, 2019, the body of a 74-year-old male, identified as Stanislav Stefan, was discovered at Manor Care of Gig Harbor, a skilled nursing facility in Gig Harbor, Washington. The nursing staff found him lifeless in the bathroom during their routine rounds. Despite his significant medical history, which was managed at the facility, Stanislav's sudden passing prompted a thorough review by the authorities.
