In Lakewood, Washington, on January 29, 2015, the body of John L. Coulter, a male, was discovered. Sadly, Mr. Coulter passed away from natural causes in his own residence. Despite exhaustive efforts by the authorities, no known family members could be identified or located to claim him. The Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office took the lead in managing his case.
