Eugene Handler

On February 14, 2008, Eugene Handler was discovered unresponsive outdoors in Charleston, South Carolina. Following his discovery, Mr. Handler was hospitalized at North Trident Hospital, where he remained for three weeks. Tragically, he passed away during his stay. Efforts were made to locate next-of-kin to notify them of his passing, but none could be found, leaving Mr. Handler's case as unclaimed.
