On March 15, 2016, the body of Chi Fan Kiang, a female, was discovered in Gig Harbor, Washington. She passed away from natural causes while in care at St. Anthony's Hospital. Despite efforts to locate next of kin, it appeared Chi Fan Kiang had no known family members. The Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office (PCMEO) undertook an extensive search to identify any family connections, however, these attempts proved futile.
