On a cold winter day in Spencer, Virginia, the life of Brandon Jermal Lucas was tragically cut short. The 29-year-old Black male was found deceased on January 26, 2020. Affectionately known as 'BJ,' Lucas had moved to Chesterfield, Virginia, in 2009, where he eventually met his fianc�e.
