On a summer evening in Benton-harbor, MI, tragedy struck 19-year-old Taj� Jacquez-Armani Carter. On July 21, 2020, the young man, known affectionately as �Nukie� to his loved ones, was fatally shot in the chest while in the parking lot of a Phillips 66 gas station on Pipestone Road.
